Events in Mallorca: summer 2022

The summer season arrives and with it the desire to go out to enjoy the good weather, to travel and experience the culture of the place you visit, to toast with friends and sing under the stars. And to celebrate.

Mallorca is the place of calm. But as in all calm, we also find currents of air that move culture, art, new creations, music... The island offers us a wide agenda of leisure and culture to immerse ourselves in the pleasures that every good summer season deserves, and more on vacation!

Port Adriano celebrates its well-known Aftersun Festival, an edition in which they have evolved from the traditional Market to a fresher and more summery concept that will feature their usual containers with fashion brands, accessories and decoration, Foodtrucks and musical performances from 03 June the first three Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 6pm. One more year, the containers have become works of art by different urban artists such as Pablo Pelluz, Carolina Adán or Belén Pez, among others.

Also at the beginning of June we find the Wine Days organized by the DO Binissalem, a week of experiences that invites us to immerse ourselves in the island's wine lands and taste its delicious wines in wineries and cellars of the DO, accompanied by musical activities. , culture, music and art.

One of the largest music festivals on the island celebrates a new edition in the old Magaluf Aquapark, Mallorca Live, which will host artists of the stature of Muse, Franz Ferdinand, C Tangana or Christina Aguilera on the 24th, 25th and June 26th.

And to welcome summer, Puerto Portals travels back in time to celebrate its acclaimed Flower Power on the night of July 1st. A party set in the sixties in which to relive the most hippy years under the slogan "love is in the air". The most genuine psychedelic party where you can enjoy shows, live music and dancers. An essential appointment.

Bellver Castle becomes the stage where you can enjoy the exquisite music of the Balearic Islands Symphony Orchestra during the months of July and August. In nautical terrain, a new edition of the Copa del Rey MAPFRE arrives in the bay of Palma, celebrating its 40th anniversary in style. The regatta will kick off on July 30, and will end on August 6 with the delivery of trophies.

The touch of freshness to the month of August is provided by The Sunset Market, the Puerto Portals summer market that welcomes twenty exhibitors every Wednesday and Thursday of the month with a wide range of summer products, concerts and workshops for the most little ones.
