VACATION RENTAL RESERVATION
The reservations of the house you choose for your holidays in Mallorca can be made online, by email or by telephone.
LOCATION
Once the reservation is made, we will provide you with the exact address. In it you will have all the indications that will help you to go from Palma de Mallorca airport to your holiday home. We are specialized in the areas of Andratx, Puerto de Andratx, Calvià and the Sierra de Tramuntana.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is always between 4:00pm and 6 pm on the day of arrival and check-out must be before 11 am on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive earlier or later than this, please just let us know in advance and we will do our best to welcome you at that time. In any case, we will appreciate if you could inform us about your exact arrival time for an easier and quicker check-in experience.
STAY
We will be waiting for you in front of the property and guide you through everything about the house as well as any questions you may have (from the best beaches to the best cycling tours around the area). During your stay, you can contact us anytime for anything. We want you to feel at home!
LONG TERM STAY
If you want a stay of more than 4 weeks in one of our properties, provide us with your information and we will find the best option for you so that you can enjoy your trip.
CANCELLATION
Unless stated otherwise in the property description, 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival.
DEPOSIT AND INSURANCE
All the houses we offer are fully insured and we do not ask for any security deposits. We believe in good faith and hope that you will treat the house as if it is your own.
