Very spacious villa in a beautiful Puerto de Andratx setting with amazing sea views. Flooded with light, the villa offers 4 bedrooms (with 3 double beds and 2 single beds ) "all with bathrooms". swimming pool, terraces and a BBQ area.

The house is ideal for families or group of friends who are looking for a quiet place to enjoy Mallorca while being very close to Port Andratx.

First floor: Dining room with table for 8 WC Fully equiped kitchen with 2 refrigerators, toaster, microwave, kettle, Coffere Machien with capsules. Living room with a fireplace Heating radiators all over the house There is a washer and dryer downstairs.

Second floor going up left side: Another dining room and large L sofa

Second floor going up right side: Bedroom 1 with double bed with ensuite bathroom with a 160x200 bed Bedroom 2 with double bed with ensuite bathroom with 180x200 bed

Third floor: Bedroom 3 with a 180x200 double bed and ensuite bathroom Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds of 95x190 each and a full bathroom next to it

We have a pool with dimensions of 9x5 meters. Please note that this pool is not heated. We also have 6 sun loungers and several other outdoor seating areas.

Our guests have all the property privately for themselves. Otros aspectos destacables No parties or loud music is allowed after 23:00.
