Flooded with light, the villa offers 3 double bedrooms all with bathrooms and a swimming pool with a huge garden. You can enjoy the views in total privacy and there are stairs to the sea directly.

The house is ideal for families or group of friends who are looking for a place to enjoy the amazing sunsets of Mallorca. The house may not be ideal for families with small children as it is located on a cliff.

There is a spacious garage, terraces back and front and a BBQ. There are 4 bathrooms in total. 2 bedrooms at the first floor have direct access to the garden. The bedroom on the second floor is the master one with terrace, jacuzzi and dressing room.

The property is located in Tolleric close to the Mhares beach club and there are several shops, grocery stores and restaurants in the nearby area Puigderros.

On the terrace you have sun loungers where you can enjoy the pleasant sea breeze.

The house has all the details you can expect. AC in bedrooms, washing machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, all necessary utensils, hair dryer, baby cot, television and wifi. There are two kitchens and a separate wine and beverages fridge.

THE POOL IS NOT AVAILABLE DURING WINTER MONTHS and we open it in MAY.

All the bed linens and the towels are included, so all you need to bring is a beach towel ☺
