The house has all the basic amenities you may need (such as hairdryer, washing machine, etc.).
All rooms have air conditioning.
We have BBQ with gas and the coffee maker is a Nespresso.
Our guests have all the property privately for themselves.
The house is located in a residential area, so parties or loud music is NOT allowed.
