Completely renovated and ready to move in, with a spectacular terrace offering splendid views of the sea and the boats of Puerto de Andratx. Located in the heart of this charming place, it combines walking access to stores, restaurants and the center of the port, but at the necessary distance to offer tranquility.

The house is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a quiet place to enjoy Mallorca while being very close to Port Andratx.

It has a distribution to comfortably accommodate 8 guests:

• On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with double bed with 3 bathrooms. 1 of the bathrooms is en suite to one of the bedrooms.
• On the first floor is the fourth bedroom with a bathroom, kitchen, living room and hallway to access all areas.

Outside is the dining area overlooking the sea and its boats, and in the back is located the pool of 3x2 meters with 4 sun loungers, BBQ, driveway and laundry.

The house has all the necessary amenities such as washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, etc..

It has air conditioning both in the main living room and in each bedroom.

It has a parking area right next to the pool with entrance for vehicles where you can park 1 car. Near the house there is also a white area for free parking on the street.

You will only need to bring your towel for the beach.

Our guests have the entire property privately to themselves.

The home is located in a residential area, so NO parties or loud music are allowed.

Home is not a place, it is a feeling. We will make sure you feel at home:)
