The property is located at the foot of the mountain with easy access via a 1.7 km forest road from the road from Puerto Andratx to S’Arracó.

Spread over two floors, it offers spacious outdoor areas with a terrace, porch next to the chlorine pool, charcoal barbecue, garden with swings, ping-pong table, volleyball court and bicycles for exploring the estate’s trails and surroundings.

Inside, the ground floor offers a living room with a fireplace, a dining room connected to the fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet with a shower. On the upper floor there are four doble bedrooms with single beds (90x1.90cm). There are also two full bathrooms with showers, one of which is en suite in the master bedroom.

The house does not have air conditioning, but thanks to its location in the heart of nature and the cool mountain air, it remains at a pleasant temperature in summer.

The electricity supply is provided by solar panels and the water comes from a cistern that is periodically filled by tanker truck, so responsible use of resources is recommended.
