With 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 4.5 bathrooms, the villa offers spacious indoor and outdoor areas, with ocean views from the living room and some of the bedrooms. Relax by the pool, enjoy the terraces, and discover the beautiful coves and restaurants of Port d’Andratx.

THE SPACE: The villa is spread over three floors and offers a spacious and varied layout, with several areas where guests can relax and enjoy their time together.

Main Floor: After arriving via the access ramp and stairs, you’ll reach the villa’s main floor. Here you’ll find the main living room, the fully equipped kitchen, a half-bath, and a spacious bedroom with its own private bathroom.

First Floor: From the entry level, a small landing leads to the upper floor. To the right are three comfortable double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. To the left is a second living room with a gray sofa and a dining table for four, offering additional space to relax or enjoy a meal.

Top level: A staircase leads from the second living room to the top level, where there are two more bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a bathroom, as well as another bedroom with its own private bathroom.

The different floors and separate living areas offer guests plenty of space to enjoy the villa together, as well as quieter areas to relax.

AMENITIES AND COMMON AREAS: Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and its facilities during their stay.

This includes the private pool, terraces, outdoor areas, living room and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and all bedrooms and bathrooms.

The pool and outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing, enjoying the sun, and taking in the beautiful views of the Mediterranean.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area of Cala Moragues, surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean landscapes.

Port d’Andratx is about a 30-minute walk away, but the route includes some steep hills. For this reason, we recommend that you have a car during your stay, especially if you plan to explore the surrounding area and beaches.

The pool is private and exclusively for guests staying at the villa.
