We can hightlight many peculiarities that make our finca a unique place, like our vineyard from which we produce our wine "Pecat", or our olive trees from which we extract extra virgin olive oil, and even Talaiotic monuments going back over 3.000 years, which can be seen from our garden, next to the swimming pool.

Son Simó Vell is an area of special interest for is nature and the animals that live there: woodlands with tree species native to this soil, olive orchards, almond trees, and holm oaks that live to over 100 years, lemons and oranges trees, Mallorcan donkeys, sheeps, cats, etc. forming an area of outstanding natural beauty.
