It has 2 bathrooms, a wide kitchen with all its utensils and a wide lounge - dining room with access to the wonderful terrace. It also has a backyard with barbecue area.

It is a house where you access through stairs to the outdoor terrace, with proximity to all the local stores and restaurants just a few meters away, plus an ice cream shop just below.

The house has all the necessary amenities such as washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, etc..

It has air conditioning both in the main living area and in each bedroom, as well as underfloor heating throughout the house.

You also have a parking space on Calle Fabrica 10, parking number 68.

You only need to bring your towel for the beach:)

Our guests have the entire property privately to themselves.
