It has a private pool and a garden of 500 m2 and it is only 2 minutes walk to the sea and 10 minutes walk to Port d'Andratx.This beautiful villa is located just close to the beach and to Port d'Andratx. It offers several outdoor areas to enjoy beautiful sea views.We will be gladly reachable anytime for any local advice or anything you may need during your stay.

• We expect our guests to respect the neighbours around, which means no loud music after 23:00.

• It is strictly forbidden to use house towels on the beach.

• Please double check that all the lights and the air conditioning are switched off every time you leave the property.

• Please do not keep the garbage full for a long time.

• More occupants may only be accepted with a prior permission of the owner and after paying the corresponding amount.

• There will be two sets of keys provided and in case of a lost key situation, there will be a surcharge of 100€.
